Tried to ring the Gas Board on Monday and after listening to Robots telling me which buttons to press for which department, and then after listening to Mozart for 35 mins because i was in a queue.....42 minutes later I got to speak to a human being who then told me I was in the wrong department...... so he would put me through to the place i wanted to be
Just before I took the overdose....I got through to them
It took me nearly an hour to speak to the person i needed and it was sorted in 2 minutes
God knows what my mobile phone bill will be this month
