I get this sometimes as well buddy... It's a connection error with the server that the cams go through to host onto the chatrooms... It's nothing to do with the server but most commonly your end... I get it from time to time when i'm quite far from the wireless router in our house and the signal is low... So I take it your on wireless too?

I find it works after I log out then in again or disconnect from the internet and then back again...
