Been on a diet since Monday, need to shift loads of weight grrrr... i'm doing quite well actually, cereal for brekkie and fruit for lunch with baked potatoes for dinner along with some grilled fish or meat. I;m snacking on fruit in between meals as well. I have a lot of weight to lose and it could take a while. Havent really craved anything that much to be honest. I know i can do it cos i lost nrly 7 stone before but it has slowly been creeping back on and I aint happy with how I am looking.
I'm counting on you guys to be there for me when i have cravings and to motivate me to get off my arse and excercise.
