i think it all depends on the bloke, i had one went out with a girl who had a son, it was ok, but it ended over something silly.

I guess some blokes think if they have a relationship with a single mother then the chances of having a family of their own are severely lowered. but in some cases if a bloke has his own children it may work or doesnt want any of his own then maybe not.
