After a string of offline relationships what didn't work out in my eyes I got bored of local girls (as crazy as that sounds but it's a small town) I found them too alike and it bored me I met a girl online who lived in Scotland and we connected and yeah we dated (But I intended to meet her a few weeks after) luckily for me even though she was all "oh my god I love you" I never felt the connection I never felt LOVE as such ... I mean don't get me wrong I was never a romantic to start with "love" isn't a huge part of me .. but I didn't feel anything like it towards her ;s what leads me to believe you can't love through a computer screen o-o (Sorry folks who say they do)

After that I would never date online again I later found out she had a offline boyfriend who she had a kid with who she cheated on six times OFFLINE (he just found out a couple of months ago) and like 16 online ;o ..and to top it off she was living on state benefits (charming) and had a history of lying about cancer ..

Just goes to show you shouldn't trust people online =| and I personally from experience don't think you should date people online either .. but I guess there's been some success stories
