"No Thanks"giving...

could somebody please give me some good tips on a successful turkey for Thanksgiving? i've been "volenteered" this year, and this'll be the 1st bird i haven't plucked yet. all advice will be greatly appreciated. thanx.

I was being facetious lol... I wouldn't eat Bernard Matthews' stuff if u paid me... on a serious note - can't you just buy a fresh, ready prepared turkey? No defrosting, no plucking, no removing of giblets... just bung it in the oven for the recommended time

lol... well I would be straight on a plane to come and help (obviously!), but I'm afraid I already have plans to wash my hair... damn... bad timing huh?
