ladies need your advice on men

i have been in a relationship for the last 4/5 years. recently it has gone down the pan due to months of bad arguments and resentment.

i want to try and get back what we had although i am also on the verge of walking away as i am so unhappy. never the less i want to at least try.

what would you say would I could do to try and save it, without me loosing any self respect ( i feel I have lost a lot of that lately and feel kinda vulnerable about it)

also, any advice on what i shoulnt do would also be appreciated.....

Spend some time together and try not to argue...
