why don't I seem to be able to find a girlfriend ????

It's a hard question to answer on a forum like this.
No offence intended here but ask yourself these questions ......

Do I smell bad?
Do my clothes stink?
Do I pretend to be something I'm not?
Have i slapped or punched a girl?
Do I act superior?
Do I have really bad skin?
Do I have really bad dandruff?
Do I expect girls to buy their own drinks?
When you talk to a girl, is it all about me, me, me, me?

If the answer is "No" to all of those, have you thought of trying homo***uality?
If the answer to any of those is "YES". Try changing your impulses until they are all "No"s.

ive worked with at least 2 guys who were 50 odd and everyone said they never had a girlfriend.
one was a major grumpy bugger the other was a shy little jobsworth.

1st of all get fit and healthy.

done that?
good. now go hang out in some new places.
join a club or something.
if ur fit join a running club or cycling club. no girls there? quit and join a different club.
just do something!
if your too shy for that.... drag a friend along.

basically walk out your front door.. head for local town centre.. look around for the first attractive girl your can see.. stand 20 feet away and shout "AYE MYSIZE"
