I'd say not really. I remember from highschool there being *buxom* girls that were popular, but also *buxom* girls that were ugly or just unlikable, and probably the only thing their buxom-ness helped with was in getting the attention of guys.
My little sis once told me that she had got measured for a bra and found out she needed a bigger bra. She must have been sitting chatting with her pals about it, and days later this other girl started saying she got herself measured too and was bigger than my little sis. It was a classic case of her feeling insecure, being a horrible cow, and wanting to be/sound better than my little sis. (no, she wasn't solely a cow for saying she's got bigger boobs, but for other nasty stuff she said and did.)
There's always pros and cons to having big boobs anyways, but what matters more is your overall appearance (not neccesarily being prettiest, but being well groomed, well dressed, well presented and good posture/smiling lots/good bodylanguage), personality, sense of humour, good conversation skills and wit.
