I thought it would be interesting to know how many women actually do there pelvic floors ...weather you have had children or not.....
interesting fact that I know is that women should be doing pelvic floors for the rest of there lives if some of u didnt know that.
so come on women what are ur views and do u.......or are u doing ur pelvic floors!!!!!

i do mine, well come on at my age 1u got to lol 2 i can crush walnuts 3 well if u look after them 4 then they will look after you 5 i mean after avin four kids 6 oh actually only two natural births 7 ya can end up peein 8 for england 9 so come on girls keep them pelvics in gud shape 10 see ive done me 10 just writin this lol again tomorro me thinx lol xx

ive been doin mine for donkey years but they aint workin as before pmsl must be cus im gettin old an aint got the hold like before but im still grippin on ha ha ha
