A way to a woman's heart

Years and years ago I called someone at his office because he had called me the night before and he was drunk. I said, Hi, Mike and he said in a harsh inhuman voice, "Let me talk to the man." What man, I asked? and he hung up. Really all he needed to say was , what? What do you think he should have said, Occassionally I still secretely cry about it.

I wish I hadnt done all the icky crap for my ex wife. I should have just taken the easy way to her heart, between the ribs with a hard sharp object
