pelvic floor exercises

LOl stimmed, it was neither. It was trying to say that we don't need to do pelvic floor exercises for our bodily functions to operate correctly.
i.e you don't see animals in the wild doing pelvic floor exercises to make sure they don't wet themselves in later life.

No you don't see animals doing pelvic floor exercises, but you do see animals (like elephants and horses) just letting the flow go anywhere, any time, and in front of anyone! Maybe if they did do pelvic floor exercises they would have more control. lol, just had an image of elephant toilet queues, the ladies would still be longer than the males.
