In that case i know what you mean.
But i would think that if one were to just go to the bathroom when they needed, less strain they would put on said muscles. Although it sounds like a healthy thing to be doing i dont think its all that necessary if one looked after themselves better. JMO Prob things like, not drinking too heavily not far off bed-time. Just think of the effort the muscles must make to hold that in check, for hours! So am i to think all this refers to minimizing the risk of 'incontinence' later in life? If yes then its a good point, because it relates directly to health & hygiene. |

Heh, as i had said previously... sheltered life! Not to mention a bit slow on uptake ;-)
What are *x5tena nappies? Are they uni-s e x? And do they deal with solids too? So would pelvic floors help in that area also? Hmmm... i dont watch TV Forger, haven't done for over 20yrs so cant say i get what you sayin. Do animals actually exercise in that sense? Heh or is it a joke relating to copulation? Sorry folks, but i dont mind being slow if no-one else does ;-) |
