ok ive tried downloading an anti virus..

its saying my malware isnt switched on.. i dont have a clue what im doing !

can anyone help me pweeese

What antivirus did you download?

ermmm .. i have something called kaspersky now

sending my lappy back wen i go on holiday anyway ...

wen its plugged in charging the mouse pad doesnt work ...
but works fine wen not charging .... how weird is that

mal ware is not ani virus ...

There are a couple of things you can do

install both , update both, register AVG free (its free) and run the program to remove infections.

thats all you need to do if its a more advanced version of malware let me know and ill point you in the right direction.

i just leave it ot norton to sort out lol...sorry snow i havent a clue

cant stand norton dis conected it well me son did i got avg its free an i likes it better

Why not to use nortan

1) Its a memory Hog
2)_ It slows down windows by upto 20%
3) It does not work properly
4) Biggest pile of **** ever.
5) Viruses specially attack Norton and turn it off so it cannot do jack.
6) Not 1 computer IT engineer will EVER recommend Norton (unless they work for PC world) because we all know why ... Its ****.
7) Norton employers even know its rubbish

i need help meself how do i get into 3dchat rooms cus it asks for user name an password an i put me password in said im registered but now cant remember me user bloomin name grrrrr
