lol yeah i have tried the system restore but nothing works..i ll keep it on 'safe mode' till she gets someone to fix it properly, i havent much of a clue ...thanks anyway you lot!

if the pc wont re boot at all it could be a piggy back programme stopping it , i had that on my dell laptop from hiting a dodgey link , not even dell themselves could fix it after hacking my sytem for a look , in the end i just fixed it myself buy putting in a new hardrive and re dowloading every thing , drivers etc , got it working again within a hour .

ERRRR no safe no mode will only boot uip sound n graphic drivers and NOTHING ELSE lol

so erm try installin DEVICE driver

make sure ant connection security is exact matct with both adapter and windows / adapter software

make sure u say please and then CONNECT to YOUR network and not any available connection
