i sometimes get this, it looks as though the connection is fine but still can't access the internet. Usually find if you turn off the modem for 10 seconds then switch back on, the connection comes back on.
If the connection is fine as you say, maybe try a different internet surfer like Firefox or Google Chrome. Sometimes Internet Explorer can have problems. |

yeah i thought of a different surfer but nothing works, the BT broadband guy said that it seems that some settings on computer has changed, he didnt know either..gonna have to get someone to sort it...really pissing me off as i know its something really simple ffs...it is loading but i just cant see it...grrrr

i had that sultry an tried all that it needs someone who noes wat to do to set it all bk up cus thats wat me son did an i aint a clue how he did it hope it gets sorted he just cliked away an it all came bk with no explanation why it did all that pmsl
