Has anyone any idea how to contact these ppl on the phone ? I remember my address but for got the password and answer to my fav pets name (security question)

When you signed up did you put in an alternative email address? and you would also have had to input a postcode. I have never come accross a 'secret pin' number maybe im not upto date with how ******* works or they have changed the settings
