The clothes we wear

Do any of you feel that the clothes we buy and wear today are appropriate, comfortable, serve the purpose for which they were made?

For instance:

* Do you feel that the wearing of a tie is outdated
* Do you think that it's about time men had a different 'suit' - other than play with the width of the lapel, be single or double-breasted, one or 2 vent jackets - wide or narrow trousers - the suit remains a suit - trousers and jacket.
* Do women feel clothes they buy never fit properly, not enough choice in style or colour, not comfortable
* Shoes - now they should protect your feet, be comfortable, water proof if that type of shoe yet all they seem to do is cause physical pain for the wearer let in the rain and don't last 5 minutes.
* Did you expect that in the 21st century our 'style' of clothing would be radically different to the mish mash we have?

What really annoys you about clothes ?

I feel that clothes are made uniformly and is mass produced and do not fit most women as it should.

Do you think the Trinny and Suzannah programmes have influenced the clothes manufacturers at all Sweetpea as so many women have said exactly the same as you?

i totally understand what your saying mischa . ive got some fantastic gimp gear and gags which i find very comfortable. but ppl look at me like im weird when i go to the asda wearing it.. i now only go out when its dark and have stopped wearing what i would call appropriate clothing as i have been hurt with all the ridicule... all i wear now is a long mac and a hat i also have reverted back to hiding in bushes when ppl come by and whispering occasionally letting the evil inside me resurface by jumping out with me donger pointing at them and laughing like a derangend hyenna.. i blame this on trinny and suzzanah ....... i wanna be normal and wear there clothes.. please help me
