pmsl i hate em n all hun .... the days of talking to someone and getting someone u understand are long gone !!!

Tell me about that one! its only 11am and already im at my wits end, i put little un's school jumper in the washer last night its been bobbing around all bloody night i cant drain it, spin it and shes gone in school with no jumper (ive now ordered a new one at the reception) thing is my guarantee is out too it ran out in May, anyway ive read them the right act and heard from someone that all goods ie kitchen appliances and tv's can be guaranteed for 5 years as its the 1979 trade goods act or summat, so got a man coming out on friday..........anytime between 8am and 6pm!!!! grrrrrrrrr
My outside drain has also decided to block its stupid self and been told i have to wait in for the council bloke all day, why? anyone with half a brain can walk round the back and see the flood!!
And last but not least has anyone tried to ring child benefit?? what a farce that is!! i need to know if im entitled to child benefit for the eldest daughter who attends college, when i finally got through to them they told me to ring the college get the in's and outs of a ducks arse and ring them back,,,,,,,i just cant get through to the child benefit now...........
Id go back bed but need my drain doing grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Its taken dave over 2 months to get thru to child benefit to change my bank details, i think they have changed there number cause he got it again yesturday from yell.com and he went straight thru

If u think the UK services are bad try SA, it rings and rings just for nobody ever to answer and if u are lucky enough to get thru u might get someone that does not understand u and if they do they don't what to do. So the answer to trying to speak to them u rather have to find other resources to assist

doesn't your bank have internet banking hun? it's much easier... I almost never speak to my bank - I just do everything on there

Awe thanks finally got in contact with them, only to be told they have to write the the college she attends to make sure it is a course she's on, could take 6 weeks, durrrrr,
And after waiting in all day the council man showed up at teatime, messed about with his rods ohhh errr missus, then said it wasnt mine that was blocked but the old dear that lives across from me but couldnt fix it as he couldnt get onto her property cos she was out!! an it aint the done thing....apparently,
He also mentioned he's been out to the same problem on a number of occasions previous to me moving in here......oh the joy,

Tried to ring the Gas Board on Monday and after listening to Robots telling me which buttons to press for which department, and then after listening to Mozart for 35 mins because i was in a queue.....42 minutes later I got to speak to a human being who then told me I was in the wrong department...... so he would put me through to the place i wanted to be
Just before I took the overdose....I got through to them
It took me nearly an hour to speak to the person i needed and it was sorted in 2 minutes
