Hangover cures

I had THE worst hangover the other day and I tried everything nothing worked!I wanna know whats your hangover cure and dont say 'dont drink'!
It was that bad I gave the old saying i'm never gonna drink again,well,until saturday coz I'm going to my friends party hehehe!

well gizmo ,ive had a few hangovers in my time,some worse than others,but if its a really bad one,the only thing that works for me is to get my hubby to look after the children,while i stay in bed and sleep it off.

I think the only thing that helps apart from more booze, is sugar and fatty foods, a fatty milkshake meant to do you good.

and the obvious one, drink plenty of water before you go bed and when you get up, oh and some ppl like to drink about 6 cups of coffe, but i've never tryed that one.

a good greasy breakfast(not prepared by yrself) a ice cold beer and a couple asprins does the job believe me|||

hangovers are mainly caused by dehydration
therfore
before you go to sleep drink copius amounts of water to hydrate yourself

or

just do as the jocks have for hundreds of years....................

true pete - the best cure for hangovers is to drink at least two pints of water before bed and then drink lots of water again in the morning... all the rest are myths - hair of the dog will make u feel better for a short time only and greasy fry ups are usually only good cos they take yer mind off how crap u feel lol

loads and loads and loads of lucozade helps

i did the water thing coz I always do the water thing before bed and I find that a good *** session does wonders also but this time nothing worked and this was the mother of all hangovers I think my body is trying to tell me something!!!!!!!!

you ever tried drinkin gallons of water when u av ad a skinfull...tate never has any room left ...lol
