Hello everybody, I have had a look all through the "general chit chat" section of the forum for a topic involving this title and I couldnt see one but if there is a one I am very sorry for making a second one.

What does everybody think of the Xbox 360?


What is your favourite console?




From what I have seen I think the Xbox 360 is the best console that has ever been made and my reason and only reason to be honest is because you can play games or certain games against people in different countries etc online and my cousin has told me it is very cheap.

As fr my favourite console, the only consoles I have ever had have been the Nintendo 64 and the Playstation but they were years ago and I have also had a Nintendo Gamecube and I think that was my favourite console. I dont really have a reason for why I had them consoles or why the Gamecube is my favourite at the minute.

Let me know what your thoughts are about the consoles mentioned in this topic and your reasons etc.

yea i got an x box 360 i think its the best console around bought fable 2 the other day check it out its awesome

im lucky iv got a 360 an a ps3 an i like them both i do use my ps3 to stream my vids an music from pc as it will convert films upto 1080i hd so i get to watch all my films in hd which is very cool as for games i use them both as most games are now bein made for both consoles but i find 360 game graphics
a little better than ps3 but its a matter of time i think as sony all ways seem to win on the console front an another plus is online gamin on ps3..its free!! no yearly fee to pay as is the wee free to go online gamin..so xbox need to look at this i feel..yea ok u can pick a 360 up cheap now but sum of the games are pants...sony do seem to av more developers for there system..i guess its down to personal choice iv bin lucky as iv had ps1,ps2,old xbox.an now both new 1s...but im leanin towards the ps3 as my favorite console..an the ps3 has a blue ray player an blue ray has won out over hd players but they both lose on new game price its way too high...ok u can trade games in an get second hand games but i still think they should bring price for games down..

You have certainly been lucky but as for the Playstation 3 I have never liked it because it seems to me like it has no advantages to all of the other models Sony have made. Yeah okay the PS3 gives you free online access but I bet you cant get certain features like with the Xbox it gives you your own unlimited space of an email account when you are meeting friends over it through playing games with them. I dont think I would ever of had my eyes set on a console if this Xbox didnt have internet on it but my cousin has got me into it. I have never really been much for one playing on a console but I so cant wait to see if I get one for crimbo.

We have a wii and a ps3. My brother had an xbox first (before the ps3) but it broke and apparently millions of xboxs have too - ring of death??!!

the ps3 is in the living room cos it plays blue ray films - I haven't liked the games so much on it; seems they are all shooting ones! They have just brought out Little Big Planet and it is brilliant - especially online - i love my sackboy!! Also we have mirrors edge demo which you play in first person doing parkour over city roofs and stuff - its awesome!!

Have to say; the wii is the best console so far though. It has no where near as good grahpics but its so fun to play. even my parents play it and thats saying something!!! Things like Wii Fit; and the tennis are just so much fun and really different!!

my x box had ring of death but microsoft fixed it free of charge
the x box 360 has a 3 yr warrenty for ring of death if the 3 red lights are stuck on.
the customer care service is reall good
also a lot of older games are coming down in price now for example darkness is only 15 quid now and thats a really good game

Cheap games don't mean good games.To buy a next gen machine is to take advantage of the advanced graphics sound quality and smoother gaming.I do agree that games are over priced but if you didn't like the price of games why buy the machine?

Dont have an XBox 360 yet. My boys are happy with the XBox version. When they get older, maybe....

[FONT="Arial Black"][SIZE="4"]Xbox360s are the best by miles ps3s are ok but i hate them the good bit about xbox is all my friends have xbox and no one has ps3 so i can talk over xbox live with them so thats good and a nether good bit about it is 2010 they got a new software for xbox called project natal witch picks up you movement voice and a webcam on it you and you will never get better than that and if ps3 do they copyed xbox lol so GO XBOX360 [/SIZE][/FONT]
