Whats your fave season , mine is the spring .
As its the start of new life , flowers are waking up , buds on the trees are turning green the fields soon be turning blue with the blubells.
Theres warmth in the sun giving me inspiration to get of my butt to go out doors and do some gardening.
You cant beat a gd days grafting in the garden , then a sit down on the pattio with a chilled cold lager looking on at all your hard work.
And ive got a bloody big garden , front and back so its a gd job i like gardening.
When we moved in the garden was like a jungle , all over grown and the person who had the house b4 us choped down some trees and just left them to rot.
They must have been lazy buggers as they also dumped there house old rubbish in the garden aswell , doors with glass all smashed bloody old carpets it really drives me mad when peeps dump there crap on nature.
Apart from the large woodland trees at the back of our house , ive planted loads of trees.
2 flowering cherries to replace the ones that got choped down at the top of my bk garden, an australian bottle brush and 2 apple trees a pear tree.
A Torbay palm a dwarf ***** willow , a twisted hazel , a moc orange aswell as a rhodie and ive also got a huge holly tree .
my fave flowers ive planted from seeds are the fox gloves lupins and sweet williams.
The front garden is not as big as the bk garden but that was a disgrace and also looked like a ruddy jungle.
Ihave planted a labernia tree also a japanease maple another Torbay palm , aswell as rhodies and a speckled holly.
And love my hanging baskets , i never cheat and buy them pre made , also do my own baskets and pots.Aswell as grow my own herbs .
The one gd thing the previous lazy tennant dumped out the bk garden was the old porcalin kitchen sink , its now full of curly leaf parsley.
sooo cant wait to get cracking and getting me ole hands dirty in da soil and then 2 chill out on patio.
Summer was a wash out last year , but spring was lovely.
so how about you anyone else like the sping and there garden like me.

Iam allways very busy no matter what time of the year it is , although it has been quiet the last couple of months or so, (hence me being on WOC so much !!). I agree with you Queen , Spring IS a particular favourite of mine. The only downside is people who continualy leave gates open , and do not put their dogs on a leash when there are signs all over the place telling them to keep their damn dogs under control. I fully appreciate that now the weather is improving , people like to go walking. All I ask is that they just use a bit of common sense. It sounds to me that your garden is not much smaller than my farm !!!!
As I was reading your post , I was imagining what it must look like from your description. It sounds like you have a wonderfull place!!!!!

i love the summer thats if we ever get one cant stand the cold or the rain or the wind unless im dryin me washin on the line

My fave season is autumn. The changing of the leaves and then kicking through them. it's not too hot either. I hate it too hot.(Makes my fibro worse.) spring is lovely too because not too hot. I love the mini daffodils there are a lot out at the moment. It's bright sun here 2dy a real sunglasses dy. Lol.(Oh that's why can't see screen very well still got them on hahahahaha)

wow... don't think I can choose a fav. guess it would have to be autumn. colorful, cool, and camping!
