i think we all have had a stressful day and i know there was a simerlar thread which has been demoted down the piles so lets all list all the things we are happy for or makes us happy

i am happy im alive and losing weight after years of struggling

Great post wushy, and well done to both of you for working on those pounds, although i think you both look great. Keep going and while you are at it i am trying too so we could make our own little target page and editt our posts to say how we are getting on, all motivate each other and suggest tips to each other.
