What makes people fall asleep and what help you sleep

Well for me it can be anything really from just typing away on my lappytop. lol
Or relaxing music. Or Just lying in total scilence.

I usually fall asleep on the motorway at the back of the car. usually for 30mins to an hour depends really.

- classic fm
- boring films
- shazza chatting away n boring me silly
- net playing up (cry to sleep thru lack of woccing)
- waking up, always tired from then on hehe
