i wudnt stop him from going, if i had an issuse with him having a relationsionship with his daughter or garndadaugher id never have pushed him to see themr in the first place..

Am not gonna say owt to him, but cause am such a gobby git any ways he will no summerts worng, ive never hold back, i want him to enjoy the baby time with tegan as they are only little for so long.

I can understand how hurt you must feel betty, but i also think you made the right decission to leave it up to your hubby to go or not. As in the future he cant hold it against you, your poor hubby's guts must be in knotts hun. But like jazzy said , lett hubby go to the church as to not give the x mrs and his daughter armunition to hurl at him in the future.Then come home and spend the day with his family , make a day to remember for you and your kids hun .And like pete said its them that are being selfish and full of malice , dont stoop to there level hun. And petes right they are not lil kids his daughter is a grown women and should make her own decissions not be dictated to by her mother, shame on her mother is all i can say , for poisioning her own flesh and blood with hurtfull remarks about her dad and his new family. But then maybe she aint as grown up as she thinks if she still cant stand up to her mother. Anyway hope it gets resolved hun and dont lett it spoill your happiness and family life , sounds like the x mrs is full of sour g****s hun , no wonder hubby happy with you , as your the sweet cherry in his life xxx

hes one ov these men that dont see how it is when it comes to new wife and the the mans ex, i tired with her i used to look after her daughter whilst she worked, ive had 3 ov his kidz live ere,and she kicked them all out even the what was then the 15 year old.
And she used the little girl against all ov them, am a mother and am horrified at the hurt that woman wants to cause not just to me but to my kidz, so some times i wanna stick a bullet ov TNT up daves arse but he who he is and i married knowing hes not right good at acting on bad stuff with his ex and kidz, but what gos around comes around and her hate will turn on her.. she cheated on dave many times and now shes cheating on her little girls dad,so some thing or some one will bite her back one day...i hope it makes her choke.
so we shall see what happens, am maybe stressing over nothing, but it don't half make ya feel sick.

I agree with queenie betty...i think going to the church and then home again is the best soloution..although i do understand how upsetting it must be..not just for you..but for your son you have together also..its horrible when anyone snubs your kids...ive been in that situation so i know how that feels...its just plain spiteful...all i would say is since its them being so nasty let them have the full blame...if you put any pressure on your husband to do what you think he should then some of the resentment may spill over towards you..and you havnt done anything to deserve it...i know its easier said than done and i cant say i took my own advice when i was in that similar situation years ago..but i know with hindsight it would have been better to keep my gob shut and let the focus be on the people that were being unreasonable and spiteful..try not to give them any satisfaction by letting it get between you..cause thats what they obvioulsy want.
