Marriage Over?

Myself and my husband split up in July this year, after only being married 9 months previous. I think a lot of the reason behind it was to do with me having post natal depression, and financial worries, anyway, we tried again a couple of months later, and here we are another 2 months later, split up, and it all looks like its not going to work out.

He told me I needed to change, so I did, I made more of an effort, looking after our children, keeping up with the housework, making sure his dinner was ready for him coming in from work and being more loving towards him. All seemed well, until a few weeks ago, when I found out he was talking to an old friend from school, who was female, and good looking, and was arranging to meet up with her without my knowledge. He denied it to the bitter end, but I seen the proof on email. He now says that it was nothing, and all she is, is an old friend. I don't know whether to believe him or not, and if it was all innocent, why not tell me about it?

He has moved out, and sees our kids on the weekends, and also told me the only reason he 'tried again', was because he was scared in case I done something silly to myself, which hurt like hell! He was constantly telling me that he loved me, and I had no reason to doubt it, but now I just feel betrayed, and so hurt knowing that he has lied to me all this time.

I just don't understand how you can be so in love one minute, and get married, then decide that you have no feelings for that person anymore, especially after such a short space of time. I honestly thought he was my soul mate, and we would be together forever. Oh to be so wrong makes me feel like such an idiot!
