LoL I actually used to be a real bad insomnia sufferer... Don;t make yourself too active cos if you do your ody won't have chance to wind down, try to empty your mind of stuff too cos if you go bed and start pondering it then your gonna keep yourself awake all the more... Try holland and barrets and get the insomnia drops (I forget the name) you add them to water 30 mins before your gonna go bed and it knocks you out (well makes you sleep)
