Flexiable Hours in a job

I was wondering what Flexiable hours in a job means?

It means you will be able to choose what hours you work, within reason. You will usually have to work core hours, such as 10-4, but outside of that you can choose your start and finish time, so long as you do the minimum required. Ie start at 8 finish at 4.. or start at 10 finish at 6 etc...

A friend of mine has flexible hours, he works three days and has two days of he chooses what days he works ,,, I guess you have to speak to the people offering the work and negotiate with them,

I work flexible hours I choose when and where I work ,,,but then I'm boss so hehehehe
