Slap yourself! No business experience and no bar experience. Why don't you think about becoming a brain surgeon? You'll have about as much luck at being successful with that career move. No matter how much money you think you have, quadruple that figure and you may be getting to the right amount. Your best bet is to get some work experience in a bar/hotel, learn the ropes from the bottom up and get yourself some business/management qualifications If you are really serious about this venture you'll jack in your current job now and relish the opportunity to work for pitiful wages. Oh, and by the way, do you know how many American themed bars you'll be competing against?

I don't need the experience as I will be being helped by a company that already has the experience,I am starting work in a bar in January and there are no other American themed bars near me.
