Wherever you feel the best place is! For some it may be where their heart is (a relationship, a family), for others it may be in strife .. as they may need it to feel alive. Again, others it may be in reading books, or discovering a new solar system.
It really is an open question.
If you mean on earth?...then of all the places I've visited it was a quiet beach in Thailand called Khao Lak (before the tsunami).
