dilemma

Guys, can u hang on to sth that u don't really like? i found myself in a dilemma,which is killing me. There's the thing i don't like,no, i hate it very much, but at the same time i need it very much, without which i might not survive. i don't know how to deal with it. i feel upset.
(btw, i am a Chiinese and my English is not good enough,if there's any grammar mistake or sth, please correct it for me)

I think you just have to accept it? Unless it's bad for you then get rid...

thanks guy~~ it's so hard to accept it. i am thinking of getting rid of it and finding a way to live without it. i believe there's always a way.
