How far would you travel to a job interview ?
Knowing there is a chance you wont get the job ... Ive a job interview , but im in two minds as to go for it . It would be a dream if I got the job . But if i didnt i would have have wasted nearly £200 and two days of work .... |

Be more positive u can achieve anything u want in life ... if u put ur mind to it
if ur looking at it to be a negative thing already the people who interview u could pick up on that......go in there with positive thoughts not negative..usually employers like a positive approach cos they think ur then have more drive in u. rant over!!! lol oh and another thing is do u have to travel 2 hours then to work everyday... if u got the job cos i wouldnt travel that distance ur need to weigh up the pros and cons ie the pay... how much it will cost each day to get there and back.... will it be worth it once u pay out ur outgoings.... etc etc goodluck!! xx |

Sounds like you are not only in two-minds, but in multiple minds. If it was a job I really really wanted I would move hell and highwater to get to the interview. Just go for it and if you don't get the job you can eat baked beans for the next 2 months to re-coup the cash layout.

there are a few ways to look at it
1-is it a long term contract ? 2-is it better money ? 3-is it still within easy travelling distance to see family/friends at weekend ? 4-do you have any children you would miss ? 5- does the job have any extra benefits i.e bupa/holiday pay/sick pay/maternaty leave ? |
