Does anybody have a cure for Man Flu? i have been suffering for over a week and the nose is still running faster than Usain Bolt and my throat feels as if I've been eating broken glass Any help would be welcome as it would be nice to sleep again

eucalyptus chewing gum so you can breathe thru ur nose and alleviate ur sore throat
