public sector see it as them vs government.

private sector see it as public sector vs private.
at least thats what i am currently thinking.


personally i think there should just be the one pension system.
yeah public sector would be worse off but at least then they'd be equal.

my boss' dad was saying that ages ago public sector was known for **** pay but decent pensions.
since minumum wage the **** pay is on equal terms with private sector.
yet pensions arent equal.
