Us hosts come into the rooms to have a laff like every1 else and unfortunately if we have to kick sum1 it aint gonna make every1 happy. Shall we just leave the troublemakers, perverts, pm'ers, camwhores, wonkers, spammers, general idiots, underagers, racists, paedos, ppl who threaten ppl, bullies etc....is that what u want.

Myself and other hosts have ran the barrage of complaints from people, we get pm;s calling us allsorts and take all kinds of abuse all this so that decent people can have a decent chat without fear of the above...

YOU do not see what happens in here all the time, whereas us hosts and some of our fantastic chatters who actually care about the quality of the room constantly update each other and we know what has been going on and we can take approriate action if sum1 has been racist, threatening or generally spoiling the chat experience for decent and great chatters.

Have you been here when we have had chatters lie thru their teeth to other chatters and seen the fallout it causes and how us hosts try and help ppl who are genuinley in trouble or tears because of what other chatters say to them...

Love us or hate us its funny how the minute we go in a room all we get is can u deal with this or deal with that or so and so is underage, he's a wonka, shes flashin on cam blah blah blah..

I culd rant all day but u know what i wont.... Amazing how ppl use the Forums to complain after they have been here for months and yet never use them otherwise

Both Admin and us Hosts work our butts of for people to have a decent site and all we get is ppl moanin and groaning
and accusing us of taking liberties...... have a long hard think before you complain about kicking, muting etc, u may not know the full story...

have a look at some of the posts i have placed tonight with a selection of pm's i received.... nobody deserves crap like that and looking at them it kinda justifies the idiots that do get kicked out !!!

You have my full support Shaz and all you mods and admins etc .. i know it is a pain and hard to run a chat site AND have fun at the same time. Those that complain about you havin to do a tough job should really wind their neck in .. i bet they are also the sort that sit in a pub, get drunk and try solve all the worlds problems with a gun. Keep up the job u have been trusted to do and do well. Responsibility is a bitch .. but a good bitch in the right hands.

I know i haven`t been ******* long - but i have been a reg here for a long time and the job that the hosts do is a tough one.
We can`t please everyone and we never mute or boot without a good reason .
Some of you new regs take things a bit far sometimes and then get arsey when we have to tell you to calm down. I`m quite tolerant and have only muted or kicked when absolutely necessary.

It might be that the regs know when it's pointless to argue and keep their gobs shut.
I have seen the mods get it wrong many times, that might not be politically correct but it's the truth. On the other hand overall most people who get kicked deserve it. The rooms need moderators and the ones on this site are generally very fair.
