And while one day viciously throwing down on his mail box, woc boldy declared,

You see, chit chat is a feeling that no one can understand really unless
you're deep into the vibe of woc chat. Woc chat is an uncontrollable
desire to woc your body. And, as I told you before, this is
our chat and our chat room. And in every chat room, you
understand, there is a keeper. And, in this chat, the keeper
is shazzy. Now some of you who might wonder.

Who is shazzy, and what is it that shazzy does?

Shazzy is the one who gives you the power to chat your body!
Shazzy is the one who gives you the power to do the snake.
Shazzy is the one who gives you the key to the wiggly worm.
Shazzy is the one who learns you how to walk your body.
Shazzy is the one that can bring nations and nations of all
chatters together under one chat.
