Default will you ever buy something in a shop with your mobile ?

money - phones and APPS 29.5.12

its not going to work,
this country needs money,
and if everyone goes out with none,
in the head they are funny.
yes i accept we share,
on social networking sites sad'o's update a sneeze,
but paying for a cup of coffee,
help me please.
if you owe a friend,
£2 or less,
get your thinking cap on,
its more mind boggling then chess.
like "facebook this technol-edgy is needless," it will crumble,
and when the world see's my point,
i will be most humble.
muggings, accidents, crime, fraud,
it will all increase with no cap,
i see you are a internet forum user,
these are my views, please share yours on the new APP.

this was on the news this morning - and i just wondered would any of you use a phone to buy something small such as food or a pint or even a meal ?

No I certainly wouldn't buy anything using a mobile phone, would much rather prefer going to the shops and buy it from there. I have to say we are slowly becoming a very lazy society in that respect, people need to go out shopping and support their shops. Mobile phones should not be used as a lazy way, of ordering your groceries and having them delivered directly to your door. Going to the shops, will help support the jobs of those shop workers, and also the shops themselves. You will also get some exercise and dare I say it, socially interact with other people to. Bottom line is it's nice to go out and shop

Of course if this poetic riddle was aimed at a cashless society, which I think it kind of is then be warned. I still use cash wherever I can, because to put all your faith into a cashless money system is asking for trouble....eventually.

Well there you go then, plastic card technology is here to stay because it's so easy and convenient, but be WARNED. I just hope the system dosen't get siber attacked in the future, because if it does and it could, that will cause a financial melt down. At least with a cash system as backup, we could revert back to that couldn't we, ermmmm hang on a minute.....Gothic old chap, you worry too much .
