I'm new here. I was born in 1958 which make me 52 at the moment. I grew up around SW London and Surrey, but for the last 12 years I have lived in Broadstairs, Kent in the UK.

I'm an electrician by day and an amateur drummer in my spare time. I play rock and blues mostly but am classically trained and do all other styles. At the moment I play in 4 bands and am the host drummer for 2 Public Jam Sessions. I teach kids to play too, from beginers to intermediate level foundation exams.

I used to go in the AOL chat rooms quite a lot and used to really enjoy it. We had a thing called wavman back then which enabled us to play and share music in the chat room. It was quite a party ... do they have anything like that on here?

I've been knocking about the rooms here the last few days and having fun meeting new online friends. I'm a bit slow at the moment ... but a bit of practise and I'll soon keep up the chat.
