Yeah, we're doing ok thanks and yes I'm still stuffing my face with crap - too much crap to be honest so I've decided to cut out sugar in my tea, coffee, and cereal. Might cut down on the bread too and get my arse back on the Wii Fat, sorry Wii Fit lol. Hope to catch you soon on here hun xxxxx

Not sure I can cope with a Zumba session lol. In fact, I've not been on the Wii Fit since last April and it kindly informed me back then that it was my first visit for 799 days lol
