Moral dilemma for the blokes

you and your besty goes hunting in a remote spot. later that night your mate gets up to take a wee and suddenly your hear a death defying scream. your mate comes running with his willy dangling from his pants yelling that he was bitten by a snake on his willy.

Now for the tricky part....you are miles and miles away from medical help and all you need to do is take your pocket knife, make a tiny incision and start sucking out the poison.

Do you ........

A) do what you need to do to safe his life coz he's been your best mate since kindy.
B) Figure your riendship had a good run but its time to move on...so you let him die?
