dog on heat

A little girl asks her mum if she could take the dog out for a walk - no says mum the dog is on heat!

What does that mean? mum- mum says ask your dad in the garage
The girl goes and asks the dad and insists she want to take the dog out for a walk. The dad grabs a cloth and dips it in petrol and rubs it underneath the dog (thinking that will stop other dogs sniffing around)- OK then but be quick just once round the block.

The girl comes back with just the lead and no dog - dad,dad, dad half way round the dog ran out of petrol BUT DON'T WORRY ANOTHER DOG IS PUSHING IT FROM BEHIND
