Mind you it could be the thing that's waiting in space that some are afraid of that really know about it behind closed walls.

Daleks could be a design from that. They say there's a lot of truth in Science Fiction that it's just surpressed to keep it quiet.

I use to know Graeme Harper the Director of some of the Doctor Who Episodes in the Christopher Eccleston and David Tennant era we got to be friends and with his wife Mrs Harper they both use to work at Boyes where he was Chief the boss of them all. I believe I saw Russell T Davies there once in the Cafe there too.
It was when I did Work Experience at Boyes back in the 90's.
