What happens next???

The woods were dark and creepy Felicity ran, she stumbled and fell, she scrambled back onto her feet and kept running. She looked over her shoulder and screamed at the sight of the man chasing her. He was 6feet tall and built like a weightlifter and he ran with ease. He was gaining on her, she stumbled again and crashed into a tree. The man closed on her and caught her in his arms. Felicity struggled but she was not strong enough to fight him off she screamed one last time and passed out. Ned carried Felicity through the woods and into a cabin he laid her on an old couch and covered her with a blanket. A huge german shepherd trotted over and sat by her side.
"Guard her Shadow," said Ned, and the dog was immediately alert. Ned passed into another room and began to boil some water. He added herbs from a cloth bag and let it steep then he strained it into a mug and took it into the girl.........

Ned rolled his eyes. That dog never had learned it was no longer the alpha male. He grabbed his flashlight from the table and set off in pursuit.

Why oh why did he not get any batteries? Ned shook the flashlight for the third time but the tiny sliver of light emitting from it just got fainter. He stood still and listened. There over to the left. Ned made his way carefully through the trees. He spotted Felicity and closed in........

Felicity didn't see him but the dog barked fiercely to warn her. They both ran from Ned who was more determined to return all to his cabin. As Ned was gaining, the dog turned on Ned and ....

stopped short at the look in Neds eyes. Shadow backed down Ned really was pack leader after all. Felicity seeing this tried to sneak off. Ned turned and grabbed her. "For goodness sake girl I'm not going to hurt you. You can't stay out here alone it's dangerous." He said.
He took a firm but gentle grip of Felicitys wrist and walked back towards the cabin.......

when he reheated the herbal mixture and gave it to Felicity. She was confused and a little leary to drink but the herbs were enticing, so she sipped it. As the warm fire glowed in the darkness...

She began to feel relaxed and sleepy. Ned watched her carefully. He noted the colour of her skin and her eyes. When he was satisfied he sat beside her.
"What is your name?" He asked
"Felicity" she murmered
"Why are out out in the woods Felicity?"
"I saw him... I...Saw him kill Bobby"............

"Bobby" was the squirrel who lived at the end of the woods, she had seen it all.......his little tail shake as the last breath of life drained from his furry body.

The poor squirrel had stood no chance. Felicity sighed and said,
"Also he killed Fred and Noel...and they were only delivering a pizza. He saw me watching so I ran and he sent Slasher and Billy the bullet after me. They lost me in the woods."
"Why did he kill the pizza delivery boys?" Asked Ned
"Because they saw him killing Sydney when they arrived. Sydney owed Morry Vincetti a lot of money and he couldn't pay."
Felicity fell asleep. Ned knew he would get no more out of her now so he covered her up with a blanket and then went and poured himself a drink. It was a stupid idea to get involved in this. He had managed to stay out of trouble for the last 6yrs.....................
