Helter Skelter, the story of Charles Manson. it was written by the prosecuting lawyer whose name escapes me but google is a wonderful thing. Goes into great detail from how the police fooked up collecting evidence to his ideology behind his warped thinking. One of the best books i've ever read. In fact, the only books i've ever read are that, Charlottes Web and Big Texan Boobies annual 1994.....

A while back I read "The Suspicions of Mr Whicher" by Kate Summerscale. It was made into a tv drama (shown over Easter I think). The book is well written and has a good pace, but if you saw the tv programme you will already know who did it!

I once read a book by the pathologist Mr Simpson... dont remember his full name..
he worked for the crown prosecution in the 60s
thats another very interesting book
1 of the most interesting ive ever read
about how they caught naughty people by the clues left behind.
