Upsetting Other Users

There was a case of ***** bullying earlier tonight, Diamond3677 was the victim and Topher was the main bully, Diamond3677 felt very upset and even when Racey666 came in and said stop it didnt. The result was pretty nasty and could be alot worse, this ***** bullying has to be stopped once and for all, this report/post will be updated if and when required... Topher is still maintaining his bullying and called me all names under the sun, this must be stopped now
