I think he's doing it on purpose to show everyone what happens to your pet if you neglect them.

It doesn't matter if his pets die, the guy's loaded anyway and can easily resurrect them at a later date!

I want to see what happens to them. Do they start ripping up the forum and eating it? Do they convert to cannabalism and eat each other, assuming you've 2 pets of course! Do they just vaporise off the face of the earth one morning or lay prone and lifeless?
