right the new year puts most people in the notion for a diet...how many woccers have jumped onto the diet wagon?

why should i diet?
the more there is of me

im going for a loveing kinda gal

Im not dieting but im healthy eating cutting out the junk food

I am gonna start losing weight as from monday but i dont diet, just eating healthily and cutting out on chocs does the trick
when u diet u lose weight but when u stop u just pile it all back on ...... so no point
chnge the way u eat forever is the best way
