blood n guts don't do it for me - take the Saw series for example... the first one, whilst poorly acted, was a brilliant concept and quite freaky - but every one since has tried to out-gore the previous one, to the point where they are utterly ridiculous now. The only ones I can say that really disturb me are the ones where I believe they could truly happen to me! lol

i thought saw was rubbish .. only watched forst half hour .. it was boring .. so turned it off... not bothered with any of the others either

Oldboy, not because it was actually horrific but if you imagine that really happening to someone. To be locked in a room for 15 years and then come out and be tricked into committing incest just because you happened to see something you shouldn't and passed it on. I think disturbing is the perfect word to describe this film.
