Problems With New Chat !

Hi guys

If you are having problems with the new chat room, there are a few things you can try.

Check what version of flash you have, it should be version 10 by clicking the following link if its not, you need to update it, instructions on how to do that are on this thread !

1) Clear your temp files and cookies, the instructions on how to do this are on the website and on the forums already.

2) Update your flash player, woc uses software called flash, you need to make sure you have for the latest version, to get the new version goto google type

Goto the Browsers and Plugins section
2nd one down you should see Flash player 10 Click this
Click top right download latest version
Follow the rest of the instructions.
Close all your windows
reopen and try the chat again.

I had a problem with the new 3d chatroom last night woccy... howie kept following me round the room and pinching me bum!!

Ok i did all of this and ran the ccleaner 3 times over the last 2 days just to make sure.. i just updated my flashplayer to 10 like u said, and i stil cant get in the normal way!! am gunna do me temp files the old fashioned way to see if that works... will let ya know how i get on...... ok done that then did a restart and it still wont work...

Hi there

If you are still having problems, you need to describle whats happening, in as much detail as you can, for example, i launch Internet explorer, i get the loading screen and so on.

Betty when you say you cant get in the normal way you need to explain what that is, as i have no idea what your normal way is lol, we are good but we aint that good !

I can get into the newbies room but it wont let me into Woc's Lounge..... its saying members only when i click the log in button ....... members of what ??

Of this site you mentalist lol !

Just log into the site with the same username and pw you use to log into the forums, if you still cant get into the lounge, stay in newbies until someone is around to help you !

I all ways open woc threw my browser page and google, i like the long way round, but when it come to logging on its telling me the sever is down 4 maintanance, like it was when u changed the sever.
Ive been getting in via ie at the min.

ps make sure you have the tick out of guest when you log in with ur username and pw, simple i know but people have done it in the past !
