Cannot Enter Chatroom!!!

Went into chatroom at half 11, logged in and for 20 minutes i waited (whilst doing somethin else coz im not sad lol) for it to log in and it keeps sayin one screen "Logging in....." but it doesnt! And it dont work on normal or big screen so im guessin its the server
